30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any item purchased from EcoFlexGear.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Starting your return or exchange is simple through our online portal. This process ensures your request is handled quickly and efficiently.
Step 1: Submit Your Request
To begin, please submit a return or exchange request through our self-service portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Once you submit your request, our team will review it and respond typically within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive specific instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Item
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, include any documentation, and ship it to the address provided in your instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Prepaid return labels may be provided in certain cases.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item as soon as the return is approved. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in preparing your orders, but sometimes issues can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via the returns portal. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, gift cards and items marked as final sale. Please also note that items must be returned in their original, saleable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
