Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We ship via various carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method used is based on the best available rate for your location. The following are estimated transit times once your order has shipped (note: these are carrier estimates and not guarantees):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that transit times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received your confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Undeliverable Packages & Delays
If a carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to sign, invalid address), the package will be returned to the facility. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery attempts. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members or neighbors. Also, check with your local post office, as they may have placed it in a secure location. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If any items appear damaged from transit, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and we will assist you with a resolution.
